Our small but mighty team are knowledgeable, professional, and share a commitment to providing the highest quality of service to our clients. We are looking for a dedicated office manager to keep our operations running smoothly. Our brand new building is located in Madison Lake, MN.
Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Office Manager at Latitude 44 Plumbing & Heating located in Madison Lake, MN. The Office Manager will be responsible for day-to-day office tasks, managing schedules, handling customer inquiries, and overseeing office operations. Some work from home is acceptable for this role.
Qualifications
• Organizational and Time Management skills
• Attention to Detail and Problem-Solving skills
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience in office management or related field
• Knowledge of plumbing and heating industry is a plus
• Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field
