Production Custodian
Job Description:
This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tour readiness.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Cleaning of stairways / access ways / corridors
• Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming
• Cleaning of production equipment
• Maintaining tour readiness
• Utilization of various vacuums, floor scrubbers and specialized equipment
• Cleaning of windows, walls and support structures
• Cleaning of crane rails, ductwork, light fixtures and HVAC equipment
• All other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications and Skills:
• Ability to gain certifications in Aerial Lifts, Fall Protection, LOTO, Chemical Handling, and Respirator
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to complete tasks as assigned
• Ability to move from one task to another and work under deadlines
• Mechanical aptitude
• Resourcefulness; ability to overcome challenges and adapt
• Written and verbal communication
Minimum Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: Janitorial/Custodial experience preferred

Physical Requirements:
• Work at varying heights, including on the rooftop of the buildings
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work on ladders and man lifts if needed
• Push/pull 100 lbs.
• Stand on feet for long periods of time during a shift for up to 12 hours, with intermittent breaks
• Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by Cambria
• Participate in daily stretch and flex exercises
• Work in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions
• Walk up and down steps multiple times throughout shift
• Bend over multiple times throughout shift
Task Based Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements:
• Steel toed boots
• Hearing Protection
• Safety glasses
• Cut-proof gloves
• Latex gloves
• Face shield
• High visibility vest
Cambria’s starting salary range for this position is $15.00-$16.50 Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
