We are looking for a construction PM with no prior history required. We will train the right candidate that is willing to learn and grow with the company. This role can be filled as well with an experienced PM looking to focus on design/build projects that can be extremely challenging and offer room for cost savings and bonuses. As a small agile firm your role will cross into the private development side of the business and prove to be rewarding having a say in how projects are completed.
The PM will start off overseeing a design/build FDOT job in Tampa. You will work from the site and be provided a work truck if needed.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
