Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Loss Prevention Officer at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Paradise Valley in Paradise Valley, AZ. The Loss Prevention Officer will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees, and the property. Daily tasks include monitoring surveillance cameras, investigating thefts, and enforcing security procedures.
Qualifications
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
• Knowledge of security procedures and protocols
• Previous experience in loss prevention or security roles is a plus
