Security Account Representative
We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Security Account Representative to join our team. In this role, you will drive sales of Security Alarm Systems, Surveillance, and Access Control (SSA) solutions while utilizing your technical expertise to ensure that the solutions meet customer needs. You will work closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams to design, propose, and implement security solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct sales calls with existing and potential customers to meet sales goals.
• Perform site surveys, develop technical proposals, and ensure solutions meet customer needs.
• Serve as the technical expert, offering technology suggestions and project designs.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitor products.
• Collaborate with technicians and project management for successful project execution.
• Handle post-installation follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and generate future business.
Skills And Requirements
• Knowledge of SSA products, information technology, networking, and security solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and teams.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet sales goals.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Education And Experience
• Associate degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
