Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Field Sales Specialist at REPCO. The Field Sales Specialist will be responsible for conducting sales activities, building client relationships, and promoting our nutritional premix products to food manufacturers. This role involves identifying customer needs, providing product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Experience in the food industry or B2B sales is a plus
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Goal-oriented mindset and ability to meet sales targets
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
