What You'll Do
• Be the face of Schell’s brand, connecting with local retailers and restaurants.
• Drive sales growth through creative marketing strategies and strong customer relationships.
• Conduct product samplings, run a five-day sales route, and oversee inventory management.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to expand our footprint and deliver unforgettable beer experiences.
What We’re Looking For
• Passion for craft beer and exceptional customer service skills.
• A team player who thrives on collaboration but can work independently.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Sales, or a related field.
• 5+ years in sales (beer industry experience preferred).
• Ability to manage flexible schedules (weekends included).
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license.
