Position SummaryOur Food Service Shift Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the shift to include ensuring customer service is friendly. quick and efficient and providing support to fellow team members. Key AccountabilitiesFulfill all food service sales associate responsibilitiesEnsure customers are receiving excellent customer service by resolving issues or escalating them to a manager in an efficient mannerAssists and provides direction to other team members throughout shiftOther duties as assignedJob RequirementsPrevious customer service/food service or related experience preferredAbility to operate a cash register/POS system and be responsible for accurate-cash flow.Strong interpersonal and team player skillsBenefitsWe offer a competitive benefit package for full time team members that includes health insurance, vacation, holiday pay, 401K with employer match and more.
