Position Highlights
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM
• Role Type: 13-week contract; chance to extend
Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality hospice care to patients in their homes.
• Focus on palliative symptom control to enhance patients’ quality of life.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans.
Requirements
• Active Kentucky (KY) RN License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Valid Driver’s License & Proof of Insurance
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing
• Preferred: Hospice or Home Health experience

• Strong knowledge of palliative care and symptom management.
• Ability to travel locally to provide care in patients' homes.
