Full-Time Tidewell Job Details Description Job Posting: Philanthropy ManagerLocation: Sarasota, FL (on-site at Tidewell Foundation offices, with occasional travel to Empath Health locations) Qualifications/Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Business, Communications, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or a similar role in a nonprofit organization. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute fundraising strategies to meet annual revenue goals. Manage a portfolio of 75-100 individual donors. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential donors. Lead the Grateful Family Program and ensure its success. Collaborate with marketing to create compelling fundraising materials. Maintain accurate records of donor interactions using Raiser's Edge. Work closely with the Director of Philanthropy and the team to align efforts with strategic goals. Skills & Attributes: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to implement successful fundraising strategies. Experience in grant writing and management. Proficiency with Raiser's Edge and other fundraising tools. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment. Passionate about Tidewell Foundation's mission and services.
