Kforce has a client in Owensboro, KY that is seeking an Account Processor who will interact with customers and internal/external clients via phone and email and will interact face-to-face with internal with peers and on-site management. Responsibilities:
• Processing income checks for Assumptions and Subordinations
• Processing and mailing out packages for Assumptions and Subordinations
• Assisting in a phone queue to help answer customers' questions associated with Assumptions and Subordinations
• Complete checks same day, scan all packages same day, and stay within SLA (Service Level Agreements)
• Great customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a high-pressured environment, ability to multi-task, great teamwork skills
• Ability to be in office full time; Ability to work 8-5 CST
• MSP or DOCV/MIR would be great
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
