Accounting Analyst I, II, III, or Sr.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing complex accounting tasks and providing analytical insight to support the company’s accounting and financial reporting functions in a way that complies with organizational policies and the organizations changing business needs.
Duties and responsibilities
- Coordinating Month-End close and preparation of financial reports.
- Ability to prepare daily bank deposit and deliver to bank.
- Reconcile monthly bank statements and balance sheet accounts.
- Experience with purchasing, PO processes, and managing inventory.
- Analysis of statistical trends and variances.
- Ability to process accounts payable, payroll and files appropriately.
- Complete consumer use tax returns.
- Generate and file 1099 forms at year end.
- Provide support to CPA firm in the preparation of tax returns.
- Ability to perform audits of inventory and/or petty cash and report findings or recommend process improvements.
- Perform any additional duties as may be assigned.
- Compliance with HIPAA and OSHA.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
- 1-3 years of accounting experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and with cross functional teams.
- Strong communication skills.

- Healthcare Industry Experience
- Oracle NetSuite Experience
- Advanced Excel experience
Required Education:
- Accounting Degree from a 4-year accredited college or university
Preferred Education:
- CPA or MBA

Reports to: Director of Finance
Classification: Non-exempt. Generally non-exempt employees work 40 hours per week or more as needed.
