This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Concrete Estimator at CJS Enterprises LLC in Peoria, AZ. The Commercial Concrete Estimator will be responsible for construction estimating, budgeting, project management, and effective communication with team members and clients.

• Construction Estimating and Budgeting skills
• Project Management abilities
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in working with Roofs in construction projects
• Knowledge of relevant construction techniques and materials
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Relevant degree or certification in Construction Management or related field
