Job Overview
We are in search of a passionate and skilled Clinic Director to spearhead the clinical and operational aspects of our expanding clinic in Georgia. This position is well-suited for an experienced clinician with strong leadership capabilities who excels in a collaborative, family-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Guide the delivery of evidence-based ABA therapy programs tailored to client needs.
• Ensure clinical initiatives align with organizational standards while adhering to ethical guidelines, including BACB standards.
• Provide oversight and mentorship to BCBA staff and other members of the clinical team.
• Conduct regular case reviews to guarantee that treatment plans remain individualized and effective.
• Monitor data collection and analysis to achieve optimal client outcomes.
• Manage the daily operations of the clinic, which includes scheduling, staff supervision, and client services.
• Develop and maintain clinic budgets to ensure efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations, licensing requirements, and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with administrative teams to enhance operational processes.
• Recruit, train, and cultivate a high-performing clinical and support staff.
• Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
• Provide ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
• Conduct performance assessments and deliver constructive feedback to team members.
• Serve as the primary contact for client concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with families, offering support and education as necessary.

• Advocate for progress in ABA therapy while staying informed on industry advancements.

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, along with requisite state licensure.
• At least 5 years of experience in ABA therapy, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Demonstrated success in managing clinical teams and client caseloads.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
