Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Line Cooks at BrickTop's Restaurant. The Line Cooks will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, following recipes, maintaining a clean work environment, and ensuring food safety standards. They will collaborate with the kitchen team and contribute to creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Qualifications
• Experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Team player with good communication skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes accurately
• Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods
• Culinary degree or certification is a plus
• Experience in a similar role in the restaurant industry
