Incumbent is also responsible for fit session administration and data entry functions for the assigned product category.Crew Position:Receive, measure, and prepare all fit samples for review, including shipping out packages as needed. Facilitate communication with the Hong Kong office and overseas production partners, ensuring timely follow-up and assistance as required.Assists in the wear test trial process, including evaluating the results, tracking product under testing and maintaining the participant database.Prepare for fittings by assembling inspiration samples, tech packs, patterns and fit sample history.Maintain the Fit Log to record and document when fit samples arrive and completion status.Participate in fit sessions, making suggestions based on knowledge of designer’s vision and customer needs.Explore innovative methods to streamline the fit process. Aid in conducting competitive research and analysis.Maintain sample organization in Tech closet.Provide support with presentations (PowerPoint) for discussions with cross-functional teams.Assist the Director of Product Development and Technical Design Manager in evaluating sample acceptance/rejection, including providing fit correction feedback and updating Tech Packs accordingly.Assist in preparing technical packages by inputting measurements, pictures, sketches, and any required additional information.
