Job Overview
This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates eager to start their careers. As a Laboratory Technician I, you'll support daily lab operations, prepare reagents, log samples, clean equipment, and ensure adherence to laboratory procedures.

Essential Functions:
• Log samples, label them accurately, and follow documentation protocols.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe lab environment.
• Prepare reagents, media, and samples for testing.
• Perform routine maintenance on lab instruments and equipment.
• Document all work according to protocols and compile data into reports.
• Conduct analyses under supervision as directed.
• Report non-conformances to the Quality Assurance Manager and Lab Manager.
Required Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED (Associate degree or higher preferred).
• Degrees in Chemistry, Biology, or Laboratory Science are a plus.
• Familiarity with laboratory safety and prior lab experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work independently.
• Basic knowledge of chemistry and laboratory operations.
