Job Description
Staffmark has partnered with a worldwide manufacturer in Greenville, SC who is known for being a one stop shop for turbine engine components. We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist who is dedicated to, and prides themselves in their work. Requirements: Qualified candidates will have two years of progressive continuous improvement or quality experience.
Schedules available:
Schedule: 6:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Thursday, and Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm
Pay rate: $21.70 - $27.49/hr.
Essential tasks:
• Collaborate across all levels to drive product and process improvements.
• Maintain records, generate reports, and support Quality and Lean projects.
• Assist with QMS reviews and internal audits to ensure compliance with AS9100 and industry standards.
• Facilitate training sessions, including WSA and new hire QMS training.
• Implement corrective actions for alerts and findings and explore new tools and process improvements.
• Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives, including resource development and tool troubleshooting.
• Use Quality and Lean tools to identify opportunities, reduce costs, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
