Climate Pros, a leader in Commercial Refrigeration, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Coordinator to manage and optimize our warehouse operations. Join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring our service technicians have the parts and materials they need to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Under the general supervision of the designated supervisor, coordinate all warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing, shipping, material distribution, pickup, unloading of inventory and delivery services, inventory, and reports.
Duties And Responsibilities
• Responsible for receiving, stocking, picking, issuing, and delivering parts/inventory required to support the Service Technicians.
• Ensure the accuracy of warehouse inventory quantities and the proper labeling and storage of parts and materials located in the warehouse.
• Adequately process and document all inventories through an in-house tracking system.
• Receive and inspect parts and process documentation through an in-house system.
• Process vendor returns.
• Maintain and organize warehouse inventory.
• Maintain inventory of all service trucks.
• Fill service dispatch parts orders for the technician's daily schedule.
• Pick up and deliver parts to technicians on-site.
• Organize and clean the warehouse and vehicles.
• Maintain safety regulations and awareness in moving materials and handling hazardous materials.
• Coordinate the delivery of parts and equipment by company drivers to customer sites.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Skills, Education, And Competencies
• Must be 21 or older with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Detailed and accurate data entry.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Warehouse receiving experience.
• Computer knowledge must include MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Honest team player, growth-oriented, with the ability to do whatever it takes safely.
Physical Requirements And Working Conditions
The physical demands and work environment characteristics are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the job's essential functions. While performing the duties of this job.
• The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, crawl, climb, use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, talk, hear, and lift/push/pull up to 75lbs.
• The employee is frequently required to communicate by telephone, read regular and small print, and view and prepare documents.
• Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and terrains.
• The noise level in the work environment varies from quiet to loud due to machinery and other factors on the jobsite.
• Due to the nature of commercial refrigeration and construction projects, there may be some exposure to chemical and hazardous materials.
