Legacy at Southpointe, a community of Navion Senior Living, is seeking a Move-In Coordinator to join its rapidly growing team. The Move-In Coordinator will oversee logistics for a smooth transition from the prospect's application process through the first month of residency to the community. This position supports the efforts of the Sales and Marketing Department to achieve sales goals, occupancy targets, and average daily census while enhancing resident satisfaction and engagement. The ideal candidate will have a cheerful disposition, contagious personality, strong communication skills, and present as a polished, mature resource to leads, residents and families.

Requirements
Associates degree or the equivalent of experience required.
Experience In a Healthcare, Hospitality, Or Service Environment Preferred.
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in an environment conducive to caring for residents without posing a substantial safety or health threat to self or others.
Ability to work well with others and promote a team environment.
Positive, organized, self-motivated professional with excellent verbal & written skills
Customer service driven in a highly active environment.
Dependable and systematic.
Skilled in accurately gathering information.
Maintain confidential information.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Must be courteous, patient and tactful when dealing with public, residents and families.
Ability to learn tasks and follow instructions.
