What your day will look like:
•    Multitasking, managing high patient volumes, and maintaining a smooth flow in a fast-paced clinical setting while supporting both clinical and administrative functions. Coordinate and manage the practice’s research programs, ensuring proper documentation, scheduling, and participant communication.
•    Assist in daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow within the practice.
•    Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients, ensuring compliance with privacy and confidentiality regulations (HIPAA).
•    Ensure the provider’s schedule is optimized for efficiency, allowing for adequate time for both patient care and research duties.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
•    Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or a related field is preferred.
•    Prior medical office management experience required.
•    Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
