Cell Tower Technician
MUST PASS DRUG SCREEN AND BACKGROUND
Location: GOODYEAR
Pay Range: $27 - $32 per hour
Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced Cell Tower Technician to lead the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of cell tower systems. This position demands strong leadership abilities, hands-on technical skills, and effective team management in a safety-focused, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Lead field crews on cell tower projects, ensuring timely and budgeted completion.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain wireless equipment, antennas, and cabling.
• Ensure safety compliance and perform quality inspections.
• Document project progress and train junior technicians.
Requirements:
• 3+ years in cell tower work or a similar field.
• Experience managing teams and familiarity with RF and telecom equipment.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and ability to work at heights.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and ability to travel.
Preferred Skills:
• CPR/First Aid and OSHA certifications.
• Experience with similar equipment like cranes, winches, and rigging.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
