Shift: This role is 1st Shift, 6:00 AM-6:00 PMHourly Rate: $23.00 an hourThe Quality Lead plans and conducts activities concerned with the quality assurance of production processes, materials, and products by performing the following responsibilities below. You will report to the Quality Manager onsite at the North Mankato facility.Responsibilities:Maintain compliance of HACCP and SQF plans along with Q.A. and production programsLead product changeover coordination on the Kitchen side.Monitor and coach operators on Food Safety and Quality procedures.Maintain kitchen cleanliness following Food Safety and Quality standards.Perform routine quality analysis of our food manufacturing processRecord and manage results of daily, weekly and monthly quality checks and auditsAssess and report quality related trends, requests and policies effectiveness to the QA ManagerReview HACCP & SQF paperwork for deviations and resolve, within established timelinesMaintain Q.A. hold accuracy and identify causes of deviations and corrective actionsPerform regular quality and food safety training to all employeesMonitor preventative maintenance practices with productionWork with production to eliminate program deviations which result in non-compliance records or documentationReport and assist sensory analysis for plant, R&D and co-manufacturer productsSkills:Work with and apply mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical process controlDevelop basic excel and word spreadsheets along with basic PowerPoint presentationsBachelor's degree (B.
