Location: MN-Golden Valley, Hybrid 3-4 days on site
Overview: Crew helps our clients deliver change through IT project delivery, business process improvement, and operational efficiency efforts. Our high-performing consultants are natural leaders who manage a wide range of responsibilities that vary from assignment to assignment. Our consultant training, career development, and premier client portfolio ensure constant challenge and rapid growth for our employees. Crew product owner associates co-create software products using Agile methods by representing the needs of the business and customers. Crew product owner associates collaborate with developers, user experience professionals, and data analysts to prioritize work and to assess outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Write, manage, update, and own SOPs for major systems role out that includes new products
Multi-year, transformational program to implement an administrative system for fixed and variable annuities and life insurance
Redesign of infrastructure, data, and business processes
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, other media formats (SOP's may be in video format)
Experience with clip tools such as SnagIt
Ability to translate complex processes into sequential steps
Ability to write clearly, logically
Ability to show ideas graphically
Strong interaction with SME's/building relationships
Strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Experience in process documentation preferred
Experience in Agile (SAFe) and ALM tools such as JIRA or Polarion preferred
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
