Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager of Nutrition Services at Oak Hills Living Center in New Ulm, MN. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nutrition services department, including meal planning, food preparation, and ensuring compliance with dietary regulations.
Qualifications
• Experience in nutrition services management and meal planning
• Knowledge of dietary regulations and guidelines
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Previous experience in a healthcare or kitchen setting is a plus
