Job Description • Identify and secure potential sales opportunities within the Raleigh territory
• Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Present and demonstrate product offerings to prospective clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Track and report sales performance metrics
• Stay updated with latest industry trends and competitive information
• Participate in industry events and conferences
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and market dynamics

The Successful Applicant A successful Outside Sales Representative should have:
• Experience within the Packaging Industry
• A passion for sales and customer service
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of the local Raleigh market
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
