About Solar For All
Capital Good Fund has been awarded a $156 million Solar for All grant under the EPA’s Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund to bring the benefits of solar to thousands of low-income and disadvantaged Georgians over the next five years. Over the next 5 years, Good Fund seeks experienced staff to support and to serve as subject matter experts on federal grant compliance, develop standards and processes, and train staff, subrecipients, and contractors on various requirements and procedures relative to the grant. This position is contingent upon contract award and grant funding.
Summary
The SFA Grant Reporting Specialist will provide administrative and logistical support in collecting, organizing, and submitting reports required from the US Environmental Protection Agency for Good Fund’s Solar for All award in the state of Georgia. The role involves tracking deliverables, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with reporting timelines. This position is crucial for maintaining smooth operations and communication between various internal/external stakeholders.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be included as assigned:
Report Preparation & Submission:
• Assist in gathering data, documentation, and support in following up with various stakeholders for report submission
• Ensure reports are formatted correctly and comply with federal guidelines
• Review and proofread reports for accuracy and completeness before submission
Documentation Management:
• Maintain a comprehensive filing system for all reports and grant-related documents
• Track and update Salesforce, Google Drive, and internal tracking/project management systems with reporting schedules, deliverables, and deadlines
• Assist in maintaining version control for all documents
Communication & Coordination:
• Coordinate communications between internal teams and external partners to facilitate on-time and accurate report completion
• Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date reporting timelines and deadlines using Good Fund’s internal project management system, Monday.com
• Assist in responding to inquiries and follow-ups from federal agencies regarding submitted reports
• Facilitate regular status update meetings across internal/external project teams
Administrative Support:
• Provide logistical and administrative support for meetings, including scheduling and minute-taking
• Create and maintain a calendar of cross-departmental/cross-team check-ins as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned, such as assisting with budget tracking and grant-related correspondence
• Support the development of presentation materials for stakeholder meetings
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, preferably in a federal grant management or reporting environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with project management software and CRMs, preferably Monday.com and Salesforce
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Knowledge of federal grant reporting requirements and procedures
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
• Experience with similar federal grant programs or CDFI reporting
• Familiarity with renewable energy concepts and terminology
• Experience in creating data visualizations and infographics
• Understanding of budget tracking and financial reporting principles
• Knowledge of database management systems
Training, and Compensation
The Grant Reporting Specialist will receive extensive training on all of Capital Good Fund products, processes, customer relationship management software, workflow expectations, customer service best practices, and all that is needed to succeed in the Grant Reporting Specialist role.
This is a full time forty hour-per-week position. The Grant Reporting Specialist will earn an annual salary of $50,000- $60,000.00 commensurate with experience.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
