Key Responsibilities
• Design and tailor Salesforce applications by developing custom objects, fields, workflow rules, validation rules, approval processes, flows, reports, and dashboards.
• Oversee integrations with third-party systems, manage data migration, and deploy code efficiently using tools such as Eclipse, ANT, and change sets.
• Write and uphold test classes to guarantee the quality and reliability of applications.
Required Skills
• A strong foundation in technical areas including APEX, Visualforce, Triggers, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Architecture and Salesforce Lightning.
• Proficient in Object-Oriented Programming concepts and experienced in SOQL and SOSL query languages.
• Knowledgeable about best practices in configuration and customization.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of direct experience with Salesforce.
• DEV 401 certification is preferred, alongside at least 3 years of involvement with Salesforce.com or Force.com.
• Understanding of data integration processes is highly regarded.
