Position Overview :
The Director of Sales and Marketing will lead our strategic sales and marketing initiatives, with a strong emphasis on expanding and optimizing insurance partnerships. This role involves driving revenue growth, developing brand awareness, and fostering key relationships with insurance companies and industry partners.
Key Responsibilities :
• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, particularly in the insurance sector.
• Marketing Leadership: Create and oversee marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and promote our specialized services.
• Insurance Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers, agents, and adjusters to drive referrals and streamline processes.
• Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team, providing coaching and performance management.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, customer service, and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies.
Qualifications :
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in the automotive glass industry or insurance-related services is highly preferred.
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of insurance processes and relationships within the automotive repair industry.
