Position Overview: ANHC is looking for an experienced and committed Clinical Operations Director to join our leadership team. This position is essential to driving our clinical operations, advancing performance measures, and fostering a culture of quality and teamwork. The Clinical Operations Director will serve as a trusted partner to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and play a key role in organizing and implementing new clinical initiatives that enhance our service delivery. We seek a Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a background in clinical operations, leadership, and quality management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to impact patient care and operational success significantly. The salary range is dependent on candidate's qualifications. The RN salary range will begin at $62,000/year. The NP salary range will begin at $96,000/year. Salaries are negotiable and can be further discussed during the interview process. Duties Strategic Leadership and Collaboration : Serve as the right-hand to the CMO, actively contributing to clinical operations, implementing effective performance measures, and facilitating peer review processes. Drive collaboration and communication among clinical teams to uphold the highest standards of care. Optional Patient Care Responsibilities for NP : If feasible, provide patient care on a PRN (as needed) basis or with limited hours per week. Operational Efficiency and Scheduling : Develop and oversee structured provider schedules, ensuring optimal provider availability and quality patient care. Present schedules to the CMO for approval, balancing organizational needs with operational efficiency. Clinical Support Staff (CSS) Management : Lead and oversee all Clinical Support Staff, managing schedules, facilitating training, and promoting professional development. Build a supportive environment that empowers staff to excel and ensures operational efficiency and exceptional patient care. Quality Management Collaboration : Work closely with the Quality Manager (QM) to develop and implement quality procedures and standards that support Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) compliance and payor incentives. This partnership will be essential as we expand our facilities and services, aiming for continuous improvement in care quality. Organizational Leadership : Play a critical role in shaping the structure of our organization, contributing to essential operational functions that directly impact patient outcomes. Work effectively with the leadership team to drive clinical innovation and excellence. Experience Education : RN or NP degree required. Experience : At least 3 years in clinical operations or healthcare leadership, preferably in a community health setting. Leadership Skills : Demonstrated ability to manage, develop, and motivate clinical teams; experience collaborating with various departments to achieve strategic goals. Quality Management Knowledge : Familiarity with quality standards such as PCMH and experience implementing quality initiatives. Interpersonal and Communication Skills : Strong communicator who fosters a high-performance culture through collaboration and support.
