Responsibilities: Greet patients in a friendly manner and assist through their visit Professionally communicate with new and current patients through phone, text, and email Collect all forms of payment Efficiently schedule patient appointments Prepare for upcoming appointments, ensuring all information is obtained for a smooth patient experience Answer general questions Exceed department goals relating to scheduling and business production Provide quality customer care to each patient Other responsibilities as assigned Qualities We Are Looking For: Enthusiasm and willingness to learn new skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced work environment Strong attention to detail Exceptional communication and organizational skills Highly motivated and dependable Proven track record of being a team player Excellent computer skills with experience using multiple applications Medical and/or dental experience helpful, but not required.
