PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Under direct supervision, performs a variety of staffing duties: Pre-screen/interview/schedule/on-board/process/manage workforce. Source and identify qualified candidates for all types of positions. Post open jobs to various social media outlets, as well as other platforms. Utilize internet search engines, job boards, community resources, schools, etc. Screen resumes and make initial contact with candidates. Create and keep ongoing schedule using a scheduling program Manage work schedules for employees across multiple job sites and states Create and submit reports for upper management Record employee attendance Communicate with the Regional Managers regularly regarding personnel Other related duties. Skills Needed: Candidate who is eager to excel and is driven to reach and exceed expectations. Prior HR support, recruiting or staffing support experience is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while juggling various types of tasks. Self-starter with a go-getter mentality.
