Responsibilities:
Business Analyst
Client Business:
Understand client Business requirements related to Label and Artwork Management via stakeholder engagement
Understand today's Business Processes related to Label and Artwork management, how things are done, what challenges exist, and the future goals of the client
Continuous improvement:
Use research and analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions
Communication:
Translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements
Project Management
Project Planning:
Agree project scope, set goals and objectives, and establish a clear plan for delivery
Agile execution:
Execute AGILE process to deliver enhancements in accordance with client priorities
Resource Management:
Manage Business Analysts/Developers to deliver agreed priorities
Ensure resources are used effectively and efficiently throughout the project lifecycle
Communication:
Communicate release and change management to stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned and expectations are managed
Validation
Requirements/User Stories/Acceptance criteria:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define/refine/maintain user requirements, associated user stories and acceptance criteria including associated maintenance in JIRA/Qtest
Test Management:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define/refine/maintain Test scenarios including associated maintenance in Qtest
Test Execution:
Execute testing in Qtest
Validation documentation:
Write and publish associated validation plans and reports
Qualifications:
Minimum HS degree
Business Analyst
Analytical Thinking:
Able to analyze and interpret complex data, identify patterns, and make informed decisions based on data-driven insights
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey project requirements, goals, and progress to various stakeholders, including team members, clients, and senior management
Able to explain complex concepts concisely, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical audiences
Problem-Solving:
Able to identify problems, propose innovative solutions, and facilitate problem-solving sessions to address business challenges and ensure project success
Technical knowledge:
Familiarity with relevant technologies, software, and systems to assess and recommend appropriate solutions that align with business objectives
Business acumen:
Understanding of business processes, industry trends, and market dynamics to identify opportunities, challenges, and potential risks
Project Management
Project management:
Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques to plan, execute, monitor, and control projects, including defining scope, setting timelines, managing resources, and mitigating risks

Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, foster teamwork, resolve conflicts, and motivate team members to meet project goals
Adaptability:
Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements, priorities, and timelines, as well as the ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts and technologies
Stakeholder management:
Proficient in managing and influencing stakeholders at various levels, including clients, business leaders, project sponsors, and team members, to ensure project success and alignment with business goals

Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:
Adept at problem-solving, analyzing situations, and making quick decisions to keep the project moving forward
Leadership:
Strong work ethic, able to delegate effectively, and foster a collaborative environment where everyone feels valued and contributes their best
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
