Job Summary
Our Maintenance Tech position is responsible for maintaining any equipment on property on company grounds. Some tasks that will be expected are working with system and building components, mechanical and electrical systems, pumps, HVAC, refrigeration, lighting, and tile among others.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
• Preventative maintenance
• Maintaining safe and efficient standards of the property and surrounding area
• Be professional and courteous to guests and associates
• Be proactive & prompt
• Act with integrity and be approachable
• Be a team player and have the spirit to serve
• Clean up trash, spills, bodily fluids as needed while maintaining sanitary guidelines
• Lock appropriate doors and remove snow or other items keeping them from closing
• Patrol all areas of the grounds including the parking areas every two hours
• Respond to any guest complaints and concerns and investigate to remedy the situation with a sense of urgency
• Report and record any unusual circumstances, safety concerns, car theft, destruction or suspicious or undesirable persons and escort off property, if necessary

• Ensure personal appearance is clean and in uniform as assigned
• Understand and adhere to basic safety, security and emergency procedures
• Perform other property specific job-related duties as needed by your supervisor or direct reports
Essential Skills And Experience
• Reliable, self-motivated, and responsible time management
• Adhere to cleanliness guidelines and proper use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)
• Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights
• Must be able to remain stationary 50% of the time, as well as the ability to move about on property
and within the rooms, operate tools, ascend/descend ladders to service lights/ceiling, able to
position self to fix equipment, communicate with guests in person or on the phone, and move
equipment weighing up to 50 pounds or 20 pounds above the shoulder
• Ability to obtain necessary certifications
• Ability to work with cleaning chemicals
• Can understand oral and written instruction
• Skilled in proper use of all tools, products, and equipment relating to the job
