What’s In It For You?
• Pay includes base salary and incentives based on collection rates and sales performance
• No Sunday or late-night retail hours. Dealerships are open 9 am-6 pm Monday-Friday and 9 am-4 pm Saturdays.
• General Managers are awarded 3 Flex Days per month

The Specifics
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of successful operations or leadership/management experience
• 5+ years of successful sales experience
• A valid state driver’s license, with limited moving violation within the last 3 years
• Proficient computer skills
