Location: MN-Golden Valley, Hybrid 3-4 days on site

Crew business analysis associates help determine business and technology needs, design solutions, improve processes, and represent stakeholders in project efforts.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Technical Analyst to ensure product development meets contractual and regulatory requirements, while reducing reputational risk to the company
Part of larger Product project teams
Own and drive SDLC deliverables such as project scope, business requirements, test planning, execution, and defect management
Implement new capabilities or product features
Author user stories, create testing strategies, and support the quality assurance team in test planning and execution
Qualifications:
Strong critical thinking skills with an aptitude to translate high level concepts into requirements or test strategies
Strong soft skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels (e.g., project team to executive sponsors)
Strong technical aptitude
Self-motivator/driver with high intuition, reacts to the work around them without instruction
Operate with a high sense of urgency and proactively addresses open questions and risks
Customer oriented
Maintain a solution focus, facilitating "here's how we can" versus "here's why we can't" mindset
Actuarial/Mathematics/or product development experience preferred
Financial product modeling, test strategy, and execution oversight experience preferred
Financial services experience preferred
Experience with large scale, enterprise-wide implementations covering a broad and diverse group of stakeholders/end users
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
