Crew business analysis associates help determine business and technology needs, design solutions, improve processes, and represent stakeholders in project efforts.
Responsibilities:
Work with our clients to understand their needs (fixing a broken process, converting outdated systems, comply with new regulations, etc.), and represent those needs to technology teams who build solutions
Build relationships with key client stakeholders to understand their business structure, policies, and operations
Act as the liaison between business and technology teams to translate jargon into laymen's terms
Analyze, specify, model, and document stakeholder needs throughout the project to ensure they are specific, complete, and realistic
Actively gather and analyze requirements to continuously discover new findings for successful solutions
Create detailed reports measuring goals and outcomes, and tie them back to project needs
Model client processes and user/customer behavior
Enable change management and obtain necessary support to implement improved business processes
Facilitate the development of training and implementation material and post-implementation support
Qualifications:
0-2 years relevant experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, or similar required
Must be willing to work onsite in Oak Park Heights, MN and be available for occasional travel
1+ year of Dynamics experience
Must be eligible to work in the US currently and in the future without employer sponsorship
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
Experience with SQL is preferred, but not required
Strong attention to detail with a focus on end-user (stakeholder) needs
Creative problem solver able to take multiple approaches to solve complex problems
Analytical mindset focused on business process mapping and data analysis
Ability to complete requirement gathering and analysis of data and processes to understand the needs and expectations of the project, identify gaps, propose solutions, and support decision making
Understanding of change management and how this impacts an organization
Client service mindset and ability to advocate for the customer
Ability to prioritize the right information at the right time to maximize project efficiency
Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication, including clear structure and main point communication and documentation
Excels in ambiguous environments, where quick learning and rapid decision making are important
Has the ability to bridge the gap between vague and abstract ideas and produce clear, concise documentation and verbal explanations for any business need
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
