Description
Cool Clubs is hiring for a full-time Office Administrator! This position will work five days per week, Monday through Saturday (Sundays off, plus one day off during the week). Customary work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm but may be extended as work level dictates.

Position Summary:
Our Office Administrator is responsible for handling an array of front-facing duties. Some tasks include interacting with customers, answering phones, assisting fitters and scheduling fitting appointments. Throughout these interactions, they must maintain a high level of professionalism and present Cool Clubs in the best light possible.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Front of House:
•
Greet all customers who enter the store in a friendly and welcoming way
•
Answer phones and manage general voicemail box
•
Manage info@coolclubs.com email account
•
Book fittings and help manage fitting calendar
•
Assist fitters with maintaining customer info and records
•
Provide service to customers during fittings (beverage, etc.)
•
Assist fitters with customer packets and documentation
•
Contact customers and manage pick-up closet
•
Assist with general cleanliness of the store
Order Tracking:
•
Fluently understand order tracking system
•
Provide order updates to customers as needed
•
Update system as needed (pick-ups, notes, etc.)
Back of House:
•
Assist with ordering front of house supplies
Other Duties:
•
Help management with marketing campaigns (content, etc.)
•
Help fitters stay organized
•
Utilize all safety protocols and equipment as set forth by the employee handbook and company policies
Required Job Skills:
•
Excellent time management skills
•
Excellent phone etiquette skills
•
Highly organized
•
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office and Point-of-sale (POS) Systems
Preferred Job Skills (not required):
•
General knowledge of the golf industry
•
Retail experience
•
Customer service experience
•
Experience with TrackMan or similar launch monitor technology is a plus
