Position Overview for Whitening Specialist: We are looking for a Whitening Specialist to work independently at one of our We Whiten studios. This role involves providing professional teeth whitening services, creating treatment plans, and benefiting from competitive pay and an attractive commission structure. Ideal candidates will have a strong sales background and a passion for boosting clients' confidence. This position is best suited for self-starters who thrive without micromanagement and are driven to achieve personal success. In this position, you will develop and execute effective sales strategies, engage with both warm and cold leads, excel in direct sales, and deliver exceptional customer service to meet and exceed targets. Your success will be based on your ability to design effective treatment plans, promote maintenance products, turn one-time clients into repeat customers, and attract new business. Knowledge of financing options is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Achieve sales goals by driving We Whiten treatment and retail product sales, while enhancing the customer experience. Convert one-time clients into loyal members by selling membership options that increase retention and satisfaction. Be the primary Whitening Specialist at your location, delivering expert whitening services. Core Duties: Customer Service: Provide top-tier service while introducing clients to a variety of teeth whitening products and treatment options. Sales: Guide clients in purchasing treatment plans and nurturing long-term relationships. Recommend maintenance products based on individual client needs. Drive product sales and generate new client leads through outreach efforts. Business Analytics: Monitor and analyze your personal KPIs, working to meet or exceed them consistently. Accurately manage administrative tasks such as inventory control. Be available for scheduled appointments at the studio. Ideal Candidate Profile: Administration: The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, possess an entrepreneurial spirit, and have strong problem-solving skills. They should be self-driven, focused on results, and committed to providing an exceptional guest experience. Minimum Qualifications: 2+ years of sales experience (preferably in a service or retail setting). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proven success in driving revenue. Ability to excel in an entrepreneurial environment with minimal supervision. High School Diploma or equivalent. Flexibility to work a regular schedule, including Saturdays and some holidays. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand or walk for extended periods. Comfortable with performing a variety of physical tasks. Able to use technology and computers efficiently. Occasional lifting of items up to 25 lbs. Personality Traits/Other Attributes: Confidence in abilities and adaptability to changing schedules. Willingness to receive constructive feedback. Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work independently.
