Work with the foreman and order selectors to correct any errors made during the order selection process. Communicate with sales reps concerning customer order changes. You will monitor the progress of each route being selected through the computer system and once a delivery route is selected, loaded, and corrected, print the customer invoices and route manifest. Assemble the drivers paperwork for their route. When all routes for a delivery day are completed, start the end-of-day process on the computer system to close the business for the day. Ability to learn how to operate various types of computer and scanning technology. Strong reading and communication skills. Able to maintain a calm and professional demeanor when dealing with difficult or high-pressure situations. Demonstrate a high level of integrity and trustworthiness in all aspects of work.
