Fix Auto Sun City is looking for a full-time Parts Manager to join our team in Sun City, AZ. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the production of all parts and components. Ensure that all parts are accurately labeled, ordered, and shipped in compliance with company policies and procedures. Ensure that all parts are properly maintained and stored in accordance with company procedures. Oversee the quality of all parts produced and ensure that all parts are free of defects. Ensure that all parts are properly packaged and shipped out to customers in a timely manner. Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area at Fix Auto Sun City. Work closely with other departments to ensure that all orders are fulfilled. Work closely with sales to ensure orders are fulfilled. Work closely with management to ensure orders are fulfilled. Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor. Required Skills: ·Excellent verbal communication skills, both written and verbal. ·Strong customer service skills, both on the phone and in person. ·Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task. ·Able to work independently or as part of a team depending on situation. ·Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. ·Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc… (not required).
