Sales Strategy: Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives for the insurance sector. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and achieve sales targets. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies and capture market share effectively. Requirements Experience: A minimum of 3 years in insurance sales or a related field. Leadership: Proven track record of managing and leading a sales team to success. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer Focus: Strong ability to nurture client relationships and ensure satisfaction. Problem Solving: Ability to identify clients' needs and present appropriate solutions. Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Education: A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred. Licensing: Must have or be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty Insurance license.
