YOUR TOP RESPONSIBILITIES You will be responsible for coordinating the services provided out of the Hope for Hunger Food Bank. You will plan, coordinate, and execute the distribution of food and supplies to individual clients and community partners. You will assist in organizing special events in Phoenix Rescue Mission target communities to grow the Mission’s impact. You will help train and develop our interns and trainees and train and oversee volunteer workers. You will help maintain the food bank, ensuring a clean, welcoming, and dignifying place for clients, volunteers, and staff. You will assist in the strategic planning and implementation of program expansion. You will lead or participate in devotions, prayers, or other organization activities that promote a credible Christian witness and lifestyle. Requirements: WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE High school diploma or GED is required. You have one year of experience coordinating Ministry programs, volunteer management, and/or community events. You have a current Arizona Food Handlers card or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of your start date. You can maintain your composure in stressful situations. You properly exercise discretion. You have a command of all Microsoft Office applications and experience with databases. You have a solid and credible Christian witness and lifestyle that exemplifies Christ in character and actions.
