We are hiring a Recruiting Associate to join our team and work out of our Phoenix office. The ideal candidate is gritty, open minded, accountable, and team oriented. Key Responsibilities: Be open-minded and coachable to tasks necessary to deliver for our clients. Screen resumes and send direct messages to consistently fill the recruiting pipeline. Attend all one-on-one meetings scheduled with your Supervisor Consistently hit weekly goals Manage a pipeline of client-provided and self-sourced candidates Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and candidates, ensuring an excellent experience Collaborate with team members to align client needs with qualified candidates Manage client expectations throughout the hiring process Engage in ongoing training and industry certifications as needed Pay Scale & Benefits: Base Salary + Bonuses Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick Days) Training and Ongoing Education will be provided Learn about small business consulting and the art of behavioral interviewing Build a strong network of connections across the country Requirements: This is an in person job - must work IN office High school diploma Valid driver’s license and a vehicle Smartphone and the ability to schedule on Calendly Authorized to work in the U.S. Must be able to pass a background check Job Types: Part-time, Internship Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: Flexible schedule Professional development assistance Schedule: After school Monday to Friday Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Work Location: In person
