Job Description & Requirements Ø Position requires ability to multi-task while maintaining high level of efficiency. Ø Responsible for payroll and accounts payable utilizing Sage software. Ø Maintains agency software tracking sales and commissions. Ø Prepares data for calculation of salespeople’s monthly commissions. Ø Administers Microsoft365. Ø Coordinates agency network with our IT professional. Ø Frequently gathers feedback from sales reps in response to requests from manufacture contacts. Requires an advanced proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft365 with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint. Should be proficient in bookkeeping software with a preference for Sage. Highly organized skills/habits are a plus.
