Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Door to Door Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers in their neighborhoods, promoting our products and services, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales acumen, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a passion for technology sales. Duties Conduct door-to-door visits to introduce and promote our products and services. Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Utilize outbound calling techniques to follow up with leads generated from door-to-door efforts. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using software tools such as Salesforce. Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the business development team to identify new opportunities within the community. Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to help shape future sales strategies. Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish (preferred) to reach a broader audience. Experience Previous experience in sales, particularly in technology or inside sales, is highly desirable. Familiarity with warm calling techniques and outbound calling strategies is beneficial. Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close deals. Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently.
