This role involves coordinating with clinical partners, managing grant applications, overseeing job role processes, and facilitating immersive clinical rotation experiences for program participants. The Specialist acts as the ETL Program Champion, driving the program's success and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Essential functions and responsibilities Program Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Earn to Learn (ETL) grant program. Ensure the program's goals and objectives are met in alignment with the grant's requirements. Coordinate with clinical partners to facilitate the integration of ETL participants into clinical roles and rotations. Grant Administration: Manage the application process for the ETL grant, including eligibility assessment, application review, and award distribution. Ensure compliance with grant requirements, including reporting, budgeting, and monitoring of grant funds. Prepare and submit required reports to funders, including progress reports, financial reports, and outcome evaluations. Clinical Coordination: The ability to work closely with clinical partners to develop and maintain effective clinical rotation schedules and job roles for ETL participants. Provide support and guidance to clinical preceptors and mentors involved in the ETL program. Monitor and evaluate the clinical experiences of ETL participants, ensuring they receive quality, immersive training. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for ETL program participants, clinical partners, and other stakeholders.
