Description: Scope You provide leadership, supervision & coaching to the Relationship Banking team members, with the responsibility to provide superior customer service for our clients. You achieve key annually projected financial results for the Relationship Banking division. You drive the overall quality & compliance of the organization’s Relationship Banking Department. You effectively collaborate with other Division Leaders & the Market Presidents in the organization to ensure the overall success of each bank location. You are integral in creating an AMAZING client experience! Accountabilities Leadership/Management/Accountability (LMA) 60% You provide direct oversight of Profinium’s Relationship Banking department, including all Assistant VP’s, Relationship Banking Team Members & Administrative Support Personnel. You are responsible for the oversight of the consumer banking delivery functions within all locations including growing deposits, managing new loans, accounts, service & sales functions; effectively leading the division, setting SMART goals, tracking, monitoring, reporting, rewarding & recognizing results. You collaboratively maintain current position descriptions, professional development objectives & compensation plans for assigned direct reports & review results quarterly to provide coaching, training, & other assistance as appropriate. This includes establishing annual objectives with quarterly rocks for self & all direct reports to ensure achievement of established goals. You proactively identify opportunities for growth including the design of tactical plans to reach these defined goals. This includes growing consumer loans, deposits, generating fee income & referrals. You develop & implement initiatives related to sales, growth, customer experience, service & related items to achieve established organizational growth objectives. You leverage the Retain/Expand/Attract (REA) process to deepen existing client relationships & generate exceptional financial results for the organization. You proactively collaborate with division leaders & market presidents in pursuit of enhanced results in the achievement of the strategic & performance goals of the company. You utilize Traction-based meetings (L10), in which results, issue-resolution, idea sharing, & celebration of strong results are included. You lead & mentor staff in areas of client needs assessment, proper solution development & delivery, problem resolution, referrals to other team members as appropriate & overall relationship management. You conduct routine performance analysis & give direct feedback to your reports regarding their performance, training, development, & adherence to our Core Values & other parameters established by Senior Leadership. You have a performance focus on revenue, efficiency & “Bringing Amazing to Life” through financial targets, delivery of Amazing client & staff experience & overall organization growth within all markets served by Profinium. You ensure the department’s team members, processes, procedures & policies all remain compliant with regulatory requirements. Creating “Amazing Client Experience” (ACE) 30% You promote a positive & energetic environment for both our team members & our clients. You ensure our Relationship Banking department is instilling our Purpose, Profinium Core Values & Pursuits (P3), into each & every client interaction. You analyze client segmentation, client survey data & other client information resources to ensure that ACE is being fully engaged & utilized. You support the use & importance of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, utilize it regularly, & encourage the team to leverage it to better serve our clients & communicate with our team. You collaborate with the Marketing Leader on client project, programs, events & initiatives to promote ACE. You collaborate with Marketing & HR Leaders on employee training to support & re-affirm ACE with our client population. You recommend policy/procedure enhancement to better serve customers & team members. Other 10% You assess emerging issues & potential liabilities. You keep up-to-date on changes in the banking industry & align with regulatory shifts. You complete special projects where advanced knowledge is required. You work closely with the compliance department to ensure all areas of responsibility are proactively implementing all regulatory requirements related to Relationship banking & other financial services or products within the department. You collaborate the monitoring & correction efforts with the Compliance Officer. You communicate violations detected & corrective action taken to the Compliance Officer. You serve on Profinium’s Asset/Liability Management Committee You represent the organization in various community, civic & economic development programs to further enhance the organization’s image & develop additional business. You comply with & enforce the policies, systems, process & procedures with a strong commitment to the overall direction & focus of the organization. As a part of the overall team of bank employees, you may be requested to assist in the support of other bank activities. You have a 2 or 4-year degree in a related field AND You have 5-7 years of retail banking experience OR You have the equivalent combination of education & experience You have consumer lending experience as well as experience in IRA & Health Savings Accounts. You have an advanced working knowledge of laws & regulations pertaining to banks & the ability to interpret & understand them. Some travel is required to serve all market locations, you must have a valid Driver’s License & an insurable driving record You have a high numerical aptitude You have the dexterity to physically count money You have the ability to maintain confidential information You have the ability to work with multiple levels of management & bank staff. You have skills needed in a typical office environment, including computer skills & utilization of office equipment You have knowledge of Accounting, Internet, Spreadsheet & Word Processing software. While performing the duties of this job, you are regularly required to move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, attend meetings, etc. You have the ability to operate a computer, carry, handle & feel objects; reach with hands & arms; communicate effectively & efficiently in person & over the phone. You must occasionally lift &/or move up to 25 pounds or more with assistance. You have the ability to travel to other locations as needed.
