Our client in Greer is looking for an HR Assistant to support field managers with HRIS management, employee onboarding, training, and HR admin work. This company is open to someone with 2-3 years of HR experience OR someone who would like to get into HR without experience in the field yet. This is a Direct Hire position with benefits. Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm in-office. Responsibilities: - Assist with sending out new hire paperwork, handling the e-verify process, and benefits enrollment - Pull payroll reports and help accounting with payroll submissions - Create job ads and post on appropriate platforms - Manage the drug screen results emails - Update the HR policy handbook as directed - High volume of communication between field managers - Manage email distribution lists and send out employee monthly emails and newsletters - Mail paychecks through FedEx, UPS, and USPS as directed - Manage uniform ordering and distribution Qualifications: - Previously admin experience ideally - Good Excel skills - Ability to multi-task - Professional communication skills Compensation: - $45,000-52,000 Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm in-office in Greer
