Job Details Job Title: Network Engineer (WAN, Microsoft Security Products, and Azure)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Wide Area Networks (WAN), implementing and troubleshooting Microsoft security products, and working with Azure cloud environments. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can design, implement, and support network infrastructures that ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and maintain WAN architectures, including network routing, switching, and optimization.
• Configure and manage Microsoft security products, including Microsoft Defender, Azure Security Center, and related services.
• Provide network and security support for Azure-based cloud infrastructures, ensuring secure and efficient network connectivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network and security systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Monitor network performance and security metrics to identify potential risks and optimize performance.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to WAN, network security, and cloud environments.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in WAN design, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft security products (e.g., Microsoft Defender, Azure Security Center).
• Experience with Azure networking and cloud security best practices.
• Proficiency with network protocols, firewalls, and VPN technologies.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer Associate) are a plus, but not requried.
